Terms of Sale and License

1. Purchase through Lemon Squeezy

You buy SideGlass from Lemon Squeezy, LLC. Lemon Squeezy is the reseller (merchant of record) and your contractual partner for the purchase, payment, invoices, cancellation and any right of withdrawal. The Lemon Squeezy buyer terms apply to these.

Your use of the app is governed by these terms between you and us. Other terms apply only if we expressly agree to them.

2. Trial

From the first launch, you can try SideGlass with every module for 14 days, free of charge, without an account or payment details. After that, only the modules of your plan stay open. The others are locked and keep their settings.

3. Plans and subscription

There are three plans, Basic, Plus and Pro, each billed monthly or yearly. The modules and price of each plan are listed on the website.

Your subscription renews automatically for the chosen period until you cancel. You can cancel, switch plans and download invoices at any time in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

4. License

For as long as your subscription runs, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SideGlass for your own personal or professional purposes. One license key covers one Mac. If you sign out this Mac in SideGlass under Settings › Subscription, you can activate the key on another Mac.

You may not

• sell, rent or pass on SideGlass or license keys to others,
• circumvent the license check,
• decompile or modify SideGlass, except where the law expressly permits it (§§ 69d, 69e of the German Copyright Act).

5. Updates and changes

While your subscription runs, you get every update in the app. We keep SideGlass working and secure and keep developing it. If another provider changes or closes its interface, a module may be limited or removed. We'll let you know in good time; if the change affects you more than insignificantly, you may cancel your subscription.

6. Third-party services

Some modules work with apps and services from other providers, such as Spotify, Todoist, GitHub, Bear, Apple, Yahoo Finance, Open-Meteo, Claude Code or Codex. You may need your own accounts for them, and their terms apply. We have no control over their availability.

7. Requirements

SideGlass needs macOS 14 Sonoma or later. The assistant additionally needs macOS 26, a Mac with Apple silicon and Apple Intelligence turned on. Please use the trial to check that SideGlass works on your Mac the way you need.

8. Warranty and liability

Statutory rights apply to defects.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, meaning obligations whose fulfilment makes using SideGlass possible in the first place and on which you may rely. This liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Any further liability is excluded.

9. End of subscription

When your subscription ends, so does your right to use the modules of your plan. They are locked, and your settings are kept. If you seriously breach these terms, for example by passing on license keys, we may disable the key.

10. Privacy

How SideGlass handles data is described in the privacy policy.

11. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live remain unaffected. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is our place of business.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
